At Vulcan Heat Studio we sell a large range of fireplaces, whether you want a wall standing fireplace, a corner unit or a room divider / double-sided fireplace.
THERMO FIRES cc manufactures braais and fireplaces of the highest quality using only the best available material. Established in 2003, as proof of their pride and belief in their product, they are the only company to give a 20years warrantee on workmanship. A feature of all Thermo fireplaces are that all wood-burning grate baskets has a loose replaceable grid. This makes it much cheaper when replacement becomes neccessary. With the choice of adding a glass door/s, your fireplace will burn more efficiently, using much less wood while radiating more heat into your room.

The BLAZE
Newest to Thermo's Freestanding fireplace units, is the Blaze range. Currently it is available in a 4-sided and wall-standing unit. The corner unit in the same range will be available soon.

Wall-standing Units
The Thermo Slimline range is wall-standing with built-in convection, giving you the same 2-way heating system as their build-in fireplaces, but with the ease of installation of a freestanding fireplace. It will add to the ambiance of your room, while making your home cosy enough to curl up with a magazine. All slimlines include a firescreen, but you have the option of paying up for a glass door. The 1000 and 1200 mm units has double-doors.

Corner Units
Thermo has 2 ranges of corner units.
The Slimline Corner Units are just what the name suggest - a unit to fit into that 'dead' unused corner. It radiates the heat at 90 degrees into the whole room. It also has built-in convection, giving you the same 2-way heating system, and also comes complete with the firescreen but with the option of paying up for a glass door.
Available in 5 standard sizes: 600 mm, 700 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm and 1200 mm
The Glass Corner Units differ in that it does not have convection channels on the sides. Instead, the shape here incorporates glasspanels at the sides of the door, giving you a larger view of the flames.

Double-sided Slimline Units
The Double-sided Slimline range was designed to use as a room divider between different entertainment or living areas. It can even be used in an open-plan bedroom / dressing room / bathroom area.
With the built-in convection channels on the sides, this makes the outer of the fireplace slightly cooler in case someone accidentally brushes up against the unit.

The Octagon Fireplaces is an 8-sided unit with glass panels on 7 sides and a glass door on the 8th. Perfect as a room divider, the flames can be viewed from 360 degrees, radiating heat in as much degrees.
